Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! We are seeking to add a team member with experience in painting that desires to learn and grow their skills into a long-term career in repair.
We Offer:
- Starting Pay range of $18 to $22 per hour and monthly performance-based bonuses
- Pay raise following paid training completion
- Direct 90-day track to Surface Repair Technician
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off after 90 days
- Wellness stipend provided after 90 days
- Tools and company vehicle provided
Requirements
- Experience painting with HVLP spray equipment, and training in auto body and fiberglass repair desired.
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
- Ability and desire to work 40 hours a week
- Candidates must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
- Clean driving record a must
Hiring Process
- Selected applicants will be invited to a phone interview
- Applicants moving on after phone interview will be scheduled for an in-person interview
- Within 10-14 days: The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch
Duties:
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
